Fighting Charges

Fighting charges are very common in college communities such as State College, PA and Penn State University. A form of disorderly conduct, fighting charges are often used by law enforcement officials when no physical harm arises from a disturbance. Fighting charges can also be used when two parties enter into a mutual altercation where no serious bodily harm arises.

We generally counsel clients to avoid fighting and physical altercations at all costs because of the more serious assault charges that can arise. Our firm also realizes that circumstances can make it difficult to avoid these situations. If that is the case with you or a loved one, then contact us for a free consultation on your fighting or other disorderly conduct charges.
